About PRIME
PRIME Management Consulting was founded to fill a critical gap in the energy sector: independent, technically credible project leadership for high-voltage cable and infrastructure projects. We do not sell equipment. We do not bid projects. We are hired by clients and developers to protect their interests and ensure delivery meets contract, regulation, and safety standards.
With more than 12 years in high-voltage infrastructure, we bring disciplined project management and rigorous quality assurance to every assignment. Our focus is singular: protecting the client's interests through structured leadership, independent oversight, and traceable decisions — from feasibility through to commissioning.

From early feasibility and commercial due diligence — assessing scope, cost, and contractual risk before a project is even greenlit — through to installation, testing, and commissioning, we stay at the client's side across the full journey. And project size is no barrier: whether it's a single termination or a multi-year transmission programme, every assignment receives the same rigour, independence, and attention to detail.
Structured leadership across the full project lifecycle — scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination. We act as the client's extended arm, holding contractors to their obligations and ensuring every decision is traceable, documented, and made on a sound technical and commercial basis.
Rigorous, independent quality assurance and control through every project phase. We establish and audit inspection and test plans (ITPs), manage non-conformance reports, and verify that workmanship and materials meet specification — catching issues before they become costly defects.
On-site and offshore client representation throughout submarine and underground cable installation and repair campaigns. We oversee contractor performance, enforce quality and safety standards, verify as-built documentation, and safeguard the client's interests from mobilization to final acceptance.
Client representation across cable manufacturing and the full test regime — factory acceptance (FAT), type, equipment qualification (EQ), and prequalification (PQ) testing. We review procedures, witness critical hold points, and ensure every result is documented and traceable to contractual and regulatory standards.
